Braised Chicken Thighs with Broccolini & Feta

Is there one tool in your kitchen that you could not live without? I have a few but one of my recent purchases is probably something I now am not sure how I was surviving without. I recently purchased a Dutch oven and it has been by far one of the best investments in my kitchen to date. I love searing and braising meats and it’s perfect for cooking a hearty pot of stew.

I did a lot of searching for the perfect Dutch oven because they can get pretty expensive. I highly recommend not going with the cheapest model if you’re going to buy one but you certainly want to find one that seems sturdy and will last. I chose a Sur La Table 6 quart Dutch oven and it has worked wonderfully!
